- Checking and configuring system updates.
- Reviewing browser choices and settings.

- Basic hardware diagnostic and replacement

- Data recovery, getting photos off broken machines, undeleting files, etc.
- This includes memory cards, as I once managed to recover several hundred holiday photos accidentally deleted off a camera for example.

- Computer purchases, ensuring you get the right computer for your needs and not what the store decides they can sell you.
- Internet providers, helping you ensure you get the right package for what you need, as well as explaining how the Internet works and what components you need to remain safe on the internet.
Rates are negotiable.
If I am unable to resolve a problem there is no charge.

Having known Ross Stone for some years, at first through his work at LMG, I have come to rely on his extensive computer-related knowledge. His adaptability, reliability and integrity ensure that any problem or matter which arises can be sorted is an effective manner.

To anyone having problems with their computer, you could not do better than ask Ross for help.
When I wanted a laptop, he chose something appropriate, set it up for me – loading software I required plus security. He even advised me on broadband providers and installed the wireless router. All with patience and good humour. The laptop has given me no problems at all.
IT is Ross’s thing and he is very good at it. I highly recommend him.

My computer is vital to the day to day running of my business and having had an ongoing problem with the sound on it for over a year, I thought all hope of fixing it was lost. I had already had several tech ‘experts’ try to solve the problem by the time Ross had a look… Not only did Ross get the problem fixed but he also backed up all of my files and upgraded the whole system for me in just a few hours! I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Ross for all aspects of IT – this guy truly knows his stuff.
