To anyone having problems with their computer, you could not do better than ask Ross for help.
When I wanted a laptop, he chose something appropriate, set it up for me – loading software I required plus security. He even advised me on broadband providers and installed the wireless router. All with patience and good humour. The laptop has given me no problems at all.
IT is Ross’s thing and he is very good at it. I highly recommend him.

Having known Ross Stone for some years, at first through his work at LMG, I have come to rely on his extensive computer-related knowledge. His adaptability, reliability and integrity ensure that any problem or matter which arises can be sorted is an effective manner.

Thank you for all your help in the past, Ross, and for the all times I will no doubt calling you again in the future.

Sherlock is so good, I took it up to “watch immediate” :-) Usually I wait for stuff to get to the end of the recorded queue but this is of that rare quality* that doesn’t wait.

*this quality seems to be a trademark of The Moffat

Think you got it with the Mass Effect 1 moment :-)
Did you spot the Mordin does Gilbert & Sullivan sequence ? Made me laugh :-)
Think I’m due another play through of ME & ME2. Wanted to make the Eve run tonight but too tired at the moment.
