Jeez Ross. I know you are a cyber-geek type person, but sometimes we mere mortals are better information portals than the web. I could have told you about the discovery card as I have one. I got it at the Roman Baths a few years ago. I guess I was privvy to this type of information due to my tourism credentials. The City of Bath was given to the people a while back, allowing all it's inhabitants free entry to the Roman Baths, the vaults underneath the Abbey(walk round to the right and gor to the back of the Abbey, near the Orange Grove), and other smaller museumn such as Bath museum of Asian Art etc.
