Few updates, although not much is happening lately, as everything is going smoothly and uneventful.
Playing Eve Online less, although I am still undecided if I should cancel the accounts at the moment. Due to how the skill training works, I am keeping all three accounts active for now, with skills training. New email from AAT…
“Dear Ross Stone MAAT, Congratulations – you are now a full member! Your application has been successful and we have elected you as a full member of the AAT today. You will receive your welcome pack and your full member certificate by post in the next few days.”
It goes on for a while about services and what not… But either way… WOOT!
Having been sent to the the Art Loss Register office in Paris on Avenue Victor Hugo, to repair a few computers, and update a few computers. I took the liberty of spending my evening in Paris walking around the city, and taking a few photos, and such.
Little late, but I have only just been forwarded my mail, however one of the letters was my final certificate for the AAT Accounting Qualification, dated May 2008.
Now I can finally apply for Full Membership of the AAT.
I am migrating rossstone.net to a new host to save myself some money, this does mean however there was some downtime, and a ton of tweaking and fixing to be done, but I intend to refine the layout of the website, and fix a few bugs as well as get round to adding all that content I wanted to add.
Also, I am now on page one results for Google when searching for my name, at position seven, although this migration may have shot myself in the foot as I am about to get removed from the results page when Google relises rossstone.net does not point to anything at the moment.
Progress goes well, as a quick check on Google Search for the term “Ross Stone” puts me at position 24 on page 3 at present, which is great considering the site has been live for one week.
That tile and bathroom company who has the domain I want at position number one have there days numbered. As the content, pages, links to this site increase, I will slowly move up the ranks to over take that evil tile and bathroom company…
Onwards! Go Go Increase Page Rank through making a decent site! Mwhahaha…
Progress is going well, I have managed to get a music player built in to the websites main page, and it works correctly after a bit of tweaking. Most of the design coding has been done.
All the content sections I aimed to have, have been added although most lack actual content still. The domain has been transfered to my host, and should be setup shortly.
So most of the hard work has been done, and now its just a case of adding the content I wanted to publish. o/
New website content management system added, template draft created, domain ordered. Everything is coming together quite nicely.
